Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Configuring the CEM software solution as required for a North American Client engagement.
• Configuration of user interface for collection system.
• Configuration of reporting systems.
• Configuration of data import & export mechanisms.
• Support of Business Analyst data & information requests.
• Participate in the improvement and development of internal tools to support administration, configuration, implementation and analysis of new/existing clients.

Desired candidate profile:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a technical engineering or technical support role.
• Experience with Web Application Development with ASP, ASP.NET, VB, VB.NET, XML and SQL
• Knowledge of HTML, Flash, and other browser technologies.
• Experience with image editing software – Photoshop, ImageReady.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Macros and pivot tables as well as Access is a plus.

Web application programmer (VB.NET, MS SQL Server)

Job Description / Responsibilities:

The job involves identifying the functional requirements through client communications, functional specification documents, software requirement specification documents etc.,to develop the required functionality using VB.NET and MS SQL Server, test and debug the functionalities and the web application as a whole, guide and mentor a team of junior programmers, and report to Project Manager .
