Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Configuring the CEM software solution as required for a North American Client engagement.
- Configuration of user interface for collection system.
- Configuration of reporting systems.
- Configuration of data import & export mechanisms.
- Support of Business Analyst data & information requests.
- Participate in the improvement and development of internal tools to support administration, configuration, implementation and analysis of new/existing clients.
Desired candidate profile:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a technical engineering or technical support role.
- Experience with Web Application Development with ASP, ASP.NET, VB, VB.NET, XML and SQL
- Knowledge of HTML, Flash, and other browser technologies.
- Experience with image editing software – Photoshop, ImageReady.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Macros and pivot tables as well as Access is a plus.
- Excellent written documentation abilities.
- Detail orientation and capacity to perform to deadlines and schedules.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good Oral and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Willingness to work in day/night shifts.
